CAMERATA Salzburg

CAMERATA Salzburg is a Salzburg-based chamber orchestra (founded in 1952). Since 2016, concertmasters Gregory Ahss and Giovanni Guzzo have been responsible for the artistic direction, fostering a self-governing ensemble sound. In Salzburg, the season focuses on series in the halls of the Mozarteum Foundation: the Great Hall and the Viennese Hall. The programme ranges from the Viennese Classics to contemporary works, in chamber and orchestral formats as well as family-friendly offerings. Visitor information on attendance, travel and seating plans is published. Tickets for selected concerts at the Mozarteum Foundation are available as mobile original tickets via Ticket Gretchen.
